Molly is a 200-hour certified yoga instructor in Hatha and Vinyasa. She has studied and gained knowledge in multiple styles and yogic lifestyle. Coming from a dance background, Molly’s classes emphasize fluidity and have a rhythmic style combined with strength building and breath work. As yogic philosophy states, we already have everything we need inside of us, and Molly implores her students to believe in and trust themselves. Her encouraging and open teaching style allows for exploration and fun. Relax. Breathe. Smile. Love.
